read an article, or a book which had a heading 'don't do it on the bed'. feeling rather perplexed about the title, i continued reading. the subsequent paragraphs were about studying on the bed. they say that studying on the bed makes you associate sleeping with work ... hence leading to insomia.

i wonder, what if the reverse was true, associating work with sleeping.
