ttc at CC

was on the verge to dream land when i received a message from maddog, calling for a dinner in orchard.

since the birthday boy didn't want to come along, we decided to celebrate it for him ... without him ... (no la ... not that bad ... the MALE ct rep of 2SO3H should get something today though)

ttc wanted to go to breeks. it was rather an unusual name so no harm trying. since wei hasn't arrived yet, maddog, cai kun, tthedesertroseb and myself went to check out breeks. after sitting down and was browsing through the menu, we found that it was unsuitable for our taste buds. since we haven't placed our orders, we decided to 'yuan zou gao fei' 远走高飞 before we 'yi han zong shen'. 遗憾终生

decided to go to cc instead, since there was a free flow of 'homemade bread'.
the food there was not bad, consider that we've paid about $15+ each. contrary to popular belief, the bbq ribs was not all bones. there was really a substantial amount meat. highly recommended for those aspiring cc goers.

one minus for cc is that the leg room was unimaginaryly small and we had loads of difficulty getting the free flow of bread and drinks. i guess its a conspiracy to prevent people from getting too much 'free' stuff because it would be highly bothersome to squeeze in and out of the table which has leg-room as large as a mouse hole. the waiters were rather 're qing' 热情 and bade farewell to us upon our departure.

initially thought that the memory game that wei suggested would be dull as shit, but it turned out to be otherwise. initially, our score was about 40000+, after spending 50 cents on that game. decided to have another go at it since the rest of the games required more than a token and we only have 1 TOKEN LEFT.

yea ... so we had another try and this time, guess what, we managed a high score. for further proof, refer to below pictures. rather proud of our acheivements, we celebrated the attainment of the high score by going home.

hope that the high score will be the same for our prelim results as well ... yea. hope is never a negative thought.

[Edited by Maddog. What a highly amusing post!]
