quite ironic that zx is talking about A levels and here i am talking about PSLE. if you have noticed, the forum page these days are flooded with complains that MOE had set a very difficult PSLE science paper, which caused 'emotional distress' in some children. parents even complained that their children cried after the science paper. probably knowing that they cannot attain their 100%, the children felt 'traumatised'. erps.
anyway, here are some of the questions from the 'killer' science paper. feel free to answer them.
1) why is it more dangerous to sleep on top of a double decker bed compared to a single decked bed?
2) why is it that when you enter a cold room, you take some time to cool down. but when you enter a hot room, you immediately feel warm.
